The Challenge: Migrate 800+ users (employees and contractors) across 20 states to a new platform under a high-pressure deadline, while fixing a non-functional default UI and mapping 123 unique job profiles.
The Solution = Custom UI/UX Redesign: Coded a modernized interface from scratch using HTML/CSS, transforming a subpar default system into an intuitive, branded experience.
